Kundalini Yoga for the Parasympathetic Nervous System De-stress and return to balanced wholeness with the ancient art of Kundalini Yoga. Improve willpower, balance hormones and increase vitality with simple breathwork and movement practices that were created to enhance consciousness and awareness.  Kundalini specifically balances right -left brain hemispheres to access our naturally calm parasympathetic nervous system.  We will practice a tune in, warm up and set of postures with adaptations and modifications to meet you where you are.  All levels welcome.
