Growing up in a religious context, living in a variety foreign countries and going to boarding school produced in me a gorgeous mix of shame and mistrust of body, pleasure, sex, my own yes/no; of social adaptability, broad appreciation of people, culture, food; of independence and curiosity and fear of showing vulnerability. In the past decade, I've released my four 4 children to adulthood, transitioned out of my close marriage of 27 years, come out of christianity and come into a delightful relationship with my own body, pleasure and sex.
